Last updated September 20, 2026. This policy explains the information practices for the NeuroAge website, the iPhone app, and support communications.

Who is responsible

NeuroAge is provided by Vadim Semenko and developed under the ZeroSix Studio brand. Privacy and support inquiries can be sent to support@zerosix.studio.

This website

The website presents product information and links to the NeuroAge App Store listing. It does not ask you to complete a health questionnaire or submit screening answers or results. If you email support, your email address, message, and any technical details you choose to include are used to respond to your request.

Links may open third-party services, including the Apple App Store and the ZeroSix Studio website. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.

The NeuroAge app

The current US App Store privacy label states that Health, Contact Info, Identifiers, Usage Data, and Diagnostics may be collected and linked to you for app functionality or analytics. Crash Data may also be collected without being linked to you. Apple notes that these disclosures are supplied by the developer and are not verified by Apple.

The published NeuroAge app policy states that screening answers, cognitive-task results and timings, brain age, risk band, domain scores, plan, profile, and settings are stored on the iPhone. It also identifies Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for product interaction and diagnostics, and RevenueCat for subscription status.

Purchases and deletion

Apple processes App Store payments and manages Apple Account billing. The app’s published policy describes a Settings → Delete all my data option for local history, profile, and plan. Deleting the app removes information stored locally on that device. Questions about diagnostics or subscription records associated with an installation can be sent to the support email above.

Your choices

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account settings. You may also contact support to ask a privacy question. Do not include medical information, questionnaire answers, cognitive-task results, brain-age scores, or risk bands in a support message.
